Loaded Teas at Home Without Herbalife
Make sure to wash all ingredients thoroughly before use. Peel the skin off the peach. Preferably, keep it in the fridge for at least an hour before use. If you can't even keep it in the fridge then skip this process of keeping it in the fridge.

Ingredients

cup
Water
Half a lemon
1
teaspoon
Honey

Cloves
½

Fresh ginger
A peach
(preferably ripe)
Instructions
Take your cup of water and put it on medium flame to boil.
Add cloves, ginger and peach to make up for half a cup of water. (Do not add honey or lemon now).
Mix everything together and let the ingredients boil for around 15 minutes.
Once done, remove from flame and add honey.
Stir well to mix it in with all the ingredients.
Let your tea cool down before use or if you can't wait then go ahead with adding half a lemon juice to it.
