Caesar Dressing Recipe (Texas Roadhouse)

This is a copycat recipe for the popular Caesar dressing served at Texas Roadhouse restaurants. The dressing is thick, creamy, and tangy from anchovies and Parmesan cheese. It's great on salads, as a dip for breadsticks, or as a pasta sauce.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Clove of garlic (minced)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 Chopped anchovy fillets (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Whisk together the mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl.
  • If using, add the anchovy fillets and stir to combine.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning as necessary.
  • Serve immediately or store in a covered container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.

Notes

Note:
  • If you're not a fan of anchovies, you can leave them out of the recipe. The dressing will still be flavorful, but you may want to add more salt to taste.
