This is a copycat recipe for the popular Caesar dressing served at Texas Roadhouse restaurants. The dressing is thick, creamy, and tangy from anchovies and Parmesan cheese. It's great on salads, as a dip for breadsticks, or as a pasta sauce.
Whisk together the mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl.
If using, add the anchovy fillets and stir to combine.
Taste and adjust seasoning as necessary.
Serve immediately or store in a covered container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
Notes
Note:
If you're not a fan of anchovies, you can leave them out of the recipe. The dressing will still be flavorful, but you may want to add more salt to taste.
