Tabasco chili Starter Recipe (Copycat)

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 Small onion (diced)
  • 1 Green bell pepper (diced)
  • 2 Cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 pound Ground beef
  • 3 tbsp Chili powder
  • 2 teaspoons Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 can Diced tomatoes, undrained (14.5 ounces)
  • 1 can Kidney beans, drained and rinsed (15-ounce)
  • 1 can Black beans, drained and rinsed (15-ounce)
  • 1/2 cup Tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 3 tbsp Tabasco sauce

Instructions
 

  • Heat the oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add the onion, bell pepper, garlic, and beef.
  • Cook until the beef is browned.
  • Stir in the chili powder, Cumin, paprika, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  • Add the tomatoes, beans, tomato sauce, and water. Bring to a simmer.
  • Simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Stir in the Tabasco sauce.
  • Simmer for 10 minutes.
