Ingredients
  

  • 1 Rack of beef ribs
  • 1/2 cup Your favorite BBQ sauce
  • 1 tbsp Smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1/4 cup Apple cider vinegar
  • 2 cups Water

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your smoker to 250 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Season the ribs with the BBQ sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  • Place the ribs in the smoker and smoke for 3 hours.
  • After 3 hours, wrap the ribs tightly in foil, and return them to the smoker. Smoke for an additional 1 hour.
  • Remove the ribs from the smoker, and let them rest for 10 minutes. Serve with your favorite sides.
