- 1 Rack of beef ribs
- 1/2 cup Your favorite BBQ sauce
- 1 tbsp Smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1/4 cup Apple cider vinegar
- 2 cups Water
Preheat your smoker to 250 degrees Fahrenheit.
Season the ribs with the BBQ sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
Place the ribs in the smoker and smoke for 3 hours.
After 3 hours, wrap the ribs tightly in foil, and return them to the smoker. Smoke for an additional 1 hour.
