- ½ teaspoon Spirulina powder
- cup Coconut water
- ½ Banana
- A few cuts of frozen Pineapple
- Less then a handful of sliced Mango
- 50 gr Kale
- ½ tbsp Ground ginger
- A handful of fresh spinach leaves
Plain and simple, just put everything into your blender, except the spirulina powder, and blend them well, until it’s a creamy, even mass.
If it’s too thick, add some more coconut water, or plain water.
If it’s too watery, you can add the other half of the banana to make it thicker.
After its blended perfectly, put in the spirulina as well, and blend it again.
You can rest it in the fridge to chill for 10-20 minutes if you like it cold.
