Deer sausages will come pre-seasoned, so the only thing you will do is make them ready for eating. Cooking them is pretty easy whether you choose to use the Stove or the oven. If you are using the Stove, then you will be pan-frying them.
Start by lighting up the Stove. Ensure that it has enough heat, set it to medium-high temperature to cook the sausages without burning them effectively.
Step 2: Put the pan on the Stove for a few minutes
Before making the sausages, ensure you heat the pan first. So, allow it to sit on the Stove for a few minutes.
Step 3: Add oil to the pan
You need to add a little bit of oil in the pan, maybe about 30ml. Any oil can do, but the better if you have olive oil. Allow the oil to sizzle for a few seconds. Shake it so that it is entirely covered with oil.
Step 4: Add in the sausages.
Place the sausages and turn them so that oil reaches all the parts. As you cook them, turn them every 2 minutes using the tons. Once one side of them turns golden brown, you can flip them to the other. The sausages should be ready within 10 to 15 minutes.
Step 5: Turn off the Stove and serve
You can check the internal temperatures, and if it is about 160, the sausages are ready. You can garnish with some onions for extra flavor and cook them for about ten more minutes as you continue to flip them.
