Put the frozen banana, strawberries, cut kiwi, milk, Greek Yogurt, and ice into a blender.
Mix them on medium power for 3-4 minutes until you get a creamy, even, and thick texture.
Serve the smoothie fresh and chilled.
You can garnish the top of the smoothie with some chopped almonds, or fresh mint leaves, that also add a nice edge to the overall taste.

Notes: If you prefer plant-based milk, almond milk, oat milk, or soy milk are best for this recipe. They add the exact same creamy richness, while also making the smoothie lighter without any noticeable undertones.Coconut milk, rice milk, or hazelnut milk will slightly alter the taste of your smoothie.
