Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. If your wings have any moisture, pat them dry with paper towels if needed.
Place the wings in a big bowl and cover them with the flour and corn starch evenly everywhere.
In a separate bowl , mix all the other ingredients and rub them all over the wings, making sure there is some leftover sauce.
Place them standing up next to each other in the air fryer. Cook them for 20 minutes, then remove them, and toss all the wings into the sauce again.
Place it back into the air fryer for 8-10 minutes more .
