- 1 cup Pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup Blueberries
- 1 scoop Protein powder (whey or plant-based)
- 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
- Unsweetened almond milk
Add banana, pineapple chunks, blueberries, protein powder, and cinnamon to a blender and blend until smooth.
