Ingredients
  

  • 1 Banana
  • 1 cup Pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup Blueberries
  • 1 scoop Protein powder (whey or plant-based)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • Unsweetened almond milk

Instructions
 

  • Add banana, pineapple chunks, blueberries, protein powder, and cinnamon to a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Pour the smoothie into a glass and top with almond milk.
