Ingredients
  

  • 4 Chicken breasts (skinless and boneless)
  • 1/2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 3 tbsp Tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup Chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup Chopped fresh thyme
  • 1/4 cup Chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1/4 cup Chopped fresh sage

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
  • Combine flour, garlic powder, paprika, pepper, and salt in a shallow dish.
  • Dredge chicken in the flour mixture until coated.
  • Heat olive oil in a large ovenproof skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add chicken to the skillet and cook for 3 minutes per side or golden brown.
  • Remove from heat and sprinkle with fresh herbs.
  • Place skillet in the oven and roast for 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
