How to Cook Canned Salmon in a Pan With Spaghetti
Sautéing salmon is probably the best thing that can happen to this ingredient. Most of us have a can of fish in the pantry for a quick snack or dinner, but why not make it into a nutritious and full meal?

- 2 can Wild-caught salmon drained
- 2 Medium tomatoes (sliced)
- 3 Green onions (thinly sliced)
- 6 Cloves of garlic (minced)
- 1/3 cup Cilantro (finely chopped)
- 3 Bell peppers (thinly sliced)
- 2 tbsp Fresh parsley (finely chopped)
- 1 Lime juice
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 teaspoon Ginger (ground)
- A pinch of cayenne or black pepper
- A pinch of sea salt
- ½ cup Coconut cream
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pack Spaghetti
Sear the tomatoes, onions, cilantro, garlic, peppers, and ginger in olive oil until they are soft.
Add the salmon, pepper, salt, parsley, honey, coconut cream, and sear them.
Sauté them on medium heat until creamy and smooth. Add half of the lime zest, and simmer for 2 minutes on low heat.
Set them aside and boil the spaghetti until al dente for 8 minutes in boiling salty water.
Plate the spaghetti in a bowl topped with creamy coconut salmon sauce, and sprinkle some more lime zest on top right before serving.
