Juicy Crab Juicy Special Sauce Recipe

This sauce is perfect for a seafood bowl, grilled meats, fish, crab, or barbeque. Until the juicy sauce simmers away, you can prepare the meat, fish, or sides for it. Be careful, as the longer you cook the peppers and chili, the stronger they become.

Ingredients

  • 2 sticks Salted butter
  • 2 sticks Unsalted butter
  • 2 Cloves minced garlic
  • 1 White onion
  • 1/2 Lemon squeezed
  • 4 cups Bbroth, chicken, or seafood
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp Lemon pepper
  • 1 tbsp Chili powder
  • 1 tbsp Red pepper flakes
  • 1 tbsp Cayenne pepper
  • 1 tbsp Six pepper blend
  • 1 tbsp Creole or Cajun seasoning
  • ½ tbsp Old bay mix
  • 1 tbsp Paprika
  • 3 tbsp Onion powder
  • 2 tbsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp Oregano or marjoram (dried)

Instructions

  • First, put the butter, onions, and garlic in a food processor and work them together until slithery smooth. Work through them slowly, on low power.
  • Heat them in a saucepan, on medium heat. Mix in all the spices and seasonings, and turn the heat down to low, simmering the sauce.
  • Stir it frequently, fully blending everything until it begins to thicken and darken somewhat. Now add the chicken or bouillon broth.
  • Keep simmering on low heat. That’s best for sauces for bringing together the spices and flavors.
  • You can add 1-2 tablespoons of Tabasco too, but it’s perfectly fine to skip it.
  • Cook it further for about 20-25 minutes.
  • After it's finished, you may pour it over anything or cook meats, fish, or crab in it.
  • If the sauce is too watery, you can thicken it with cornstarch.
