4 Chicken breasts 1 Clove of garlic (minced) 2 tbsp Butter 2 Green onions (thinly sliced) 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese (shredded) Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F .
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter.
Add the garlic and green onions and cook until softened.
Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.
Spread the mixture evenly over each chicken breast.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake in preheated oven for 30-35 minutes , or until cooked through.
