Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Cornmeal
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 3 tbsp Vgeetable oil
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 2 Eggs

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400F.
  • Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper and set aside.
  • Whisk together the flour, cornmeal, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl. Stir in the oil and milk until well combined.
  • Add the eggs and mix until smooth.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Allow cooling for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
