Ingredients
  

  • 1 Talaba
  • 3 Cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
  • In a large bowl, combine garlic, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and olive oil.
  • 3. Cut the talaba in half and add it to the bowl. Toss to coat well.
  • Place the talaba on a baking sheet and bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until tender.
