Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound Ground turkey
  • cup Bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2 Cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil (divided)

Instructions
 

  • Mix the ground turkey, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic cloves, egg, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  • Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a grill pan over medium-high heat.
  • Scoop out 1/4 cup of the mixture and form it into a patty.
  • Repeat with the remaining mixture.
  • Grill the burgers for 5 minutes per side or until cooked through.
  • Serve with your favorite toppings, and enjoy!
