- 1 pound Ground turkey
- cup Bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 2 Cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 Egg
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
- 3 tbsp Olive oil (divided)
Mix the ground turkey, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic cloves, egg, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a grill pan over medium-high heat.
Scoop out 1/4 cup of the mixture and form it into a patty.
Repeat with the remaining mixture.
Grill the burgers for 5 minutes per side or until cooked through.
