Ingredients
  

  • 1 Roasted squash
  • 1 Bunch of kale (chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon 1 salt
  • 1 teaspoon 1 black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 Onion (chopped)
  • 3 Cloves of garlic (minced)
  • 4 cups Chicken stock
  • 2 tbsp Goney
  • 1 cup Heavy cream

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  • Cut squash in half and remove seeds.
  • Drizzle olive oil over the flesh of squash and season with salt and pepper.
  • Place squash on a baking sheet, fold down, and roast for 30-35 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool before scooping out the flesh into a large pot.
  • Add kale, onion, garlic, chicken stock, honey, and cream to the pot.
  • Bring to a boil and let simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
