- 1 Roasted squash
- 1 Bunch of kale (chopped)
- 1 teaspoon 1 salt
- 1 teaspoon 1 black pepper
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 Onion (chopped)
- 3 Cloves of garlic (minced)
- 4 cups Chicken stock
- 2 tbsp Goney
- 1 cup Heavy cream
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
Cut squash in half and remove seeds.
Drizzle olive oil over the flesh of squash and season with salt and pepper.
Place squash on a baking sheet, fold down, and roast for 30-35 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let cool before scooping out the flesh into a large pot.
Add kale, onion, garlic, chicken stock, honey, and cream to the pot.
Bring to a boil and let simmer for 10-15 minutes.
Serve hot and enjoy!
