Instructions
In a large skillet, heat the butter and olive oil over medium heat.
Add the chicken and cook for about 5 minutes
, until browned.
Add the mushrooms, Marsala wine, shallot, and garlic to the skillet
and cook for about 3 minutes
until the mushrooms are tender.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve over pasta, rice, or potatoes.
