Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 can Cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1/2 cup Frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 teaspoon Poultry seasoning
  • 1/2 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 Pie crusts

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Grease a 9-inch pie dish with cooking spray.
  • In a large skillet, cook chicken over medium heat until cooked through. Remove from heat and chop into small pieces.
  • In a medium bowl, mix together the cream of chicken soup, milk, frozen vegetables, and poultry seasoning.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared pie dish. Top with chicken pieces and shredded cheese.
  • Cut pie crusts into strips and place them over the top of the pie. Crimp or flute the edges.
  • Bake for 25 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
