  • 1 cup Unsalted butter, at room temperature (2 sticks)
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In the bowl of an electric mixer, cream butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
  • Add flour and salt to the bowl and mix on low speed until well combined.
  • Scoop dough by the tablespoon onto the prepared baking sheet. Flatten each cookie slightly with the back of a spoon.
