- 1 cup Skim milk
- 1 shot Rspresso (or 1/2 cup strong coffee)
- 1 tbsp Sugar-free vanilla syrup
- Ice cubes
Combine milk, espresso or coffee, and vanilla syrup in a saucepan and heat over medium heat until hot but not boiling.
Pour the warm mixture into a blender or a large cup, and add a few ice cubes.
Blend until frothy and well combined.
