Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Skim milk
  • 1 shot Rspresso (or 1/2 cup strong coffee)
  • 1 tbsp Sugar-free vanilla syrup
  • Ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Combine milk, espresso or coffee, and vanilla syrup in a saucepan and heat over medium heat until hot but not boiling.
  • Pour the warm mixture into a blender or a large cup, and add a few ice cubes.
  • Blend until frothy and well combined.
  • Pour into a tall glass and enjoy!
  • If you want to make this recipe even more guilt-free, you can use unsweetened almond milk instead of skim milk. Or, for a richer treat, you can use whole milk or half-and-half.
