7 Layer Salad Pioneer Woman

The Pioneer Woman's 7 Layer Salad is a crowd-pleasing dish that can be made and refrigerated before you're ready to serve it. The salad gets its name from the seven layers of ingredients, including greens, tomatoes, onions, cheese, etc.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Geads of romaine lettuce (chopped)
  • 1 cup Green onions (chopped)
  • 1 cup Celery (chopped
  • 1 cup Red bell peppers (chopped)
  • 1 cup Grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup Sour cream
  • 1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 can Kidney beans, drained and rinsed (15-ounce)
  • 1 can Corn, drained (15-ounce)
  • 1 cup Grape tomatoes (halved)
  • 1 cup Sliced black olives

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine the romaine lettuce, green onions, celery, red bell peppers, cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  • Add the kidney beans, corn, grape tomatoes, and black olives to the bowl and gently toss to combine.
  • Serve the salad immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve. Enjoy!
