Ingredients
  

  • lb Fresh jalapeno peppers (seeded and chopped)
  • 1 jar Diced pimentos (drained) (4 oz)
  • ½ cup Apple cider vinegar
  • 2 ½ cups Sugar

Instructions
 

  • Combine the jalapeno peppers, pimentos, vinegar, and sugar in a large pot.
  • Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring frequently.
  • Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes or until the mixture thickens.
  • Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  • Transfer the jelly to an airtight container and refrigerate for 2 weeks.
