How Long to Cook Meatloaf at 375ºF Recipe

This meatloaf is the perfect low-effort meal you can make anytime and serve it with a greek salad, or mashed potatoes on the side. It’s a classic, with a modern twist. The addition of sour cream creates a smooth texture and allows the flavors to blend. The feta adds a tangy saltiness, and the sundried tomatoes add a burst of sunshine.

Ingredients

  • 50 gr White breadcrumbs
  • 500 gr Lean minced beef
  • 1 Medium yellow onion
  • 2 Garlic clove
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • 2 tbsp Chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tbsp Sour cream
  • ½ tbsp Ground cummin
  • ½ tbsp Ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Brown sugar
  • 5 Neatly chopped sundried tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 50 gr Crumbled feta cheese
  • A batch of salt

Instructions

  • Chop the onions into small pieces and soften them on 1 tbsp of olive oil with brown sugar.
  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  • Line the sides and base of a 1 pound loaf tin with baking parchment.
  • Mix well all the ingredients with the softened onions in a large bowl.
  • The easiest way is to knead them together with your hands, but try not to compact them.
  • Handling the raw meatloaf with wet hands helps with the stickiness.
  • Transfer the mixture into the pan and bake it in the preheated oven for approximately 50 minutes.
  • Allow it to cool down before slicing it.
  • Then transfer to a cutting board and cut into ¾ to 1-inch slices.
  • Enjoy your tender and flavorful meatloaf.
