Ingredients
  

  • 1 package Frozen hashbrowns (32 oz)
  • 1/2 cup Melted butter
  • cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup Chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup Chopped green bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup Chopped red bell pepper
  • 12 Eggs (beaten)
  • 1 1/2 cups Milk
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with butter.
  • Mix the hashbrowns, melted butter, cheddar cheese, onion, bell peppers, eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until the casserole is firm and golden brown on top.
  • Serve with a side of fruit or a green salad.
