Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Self-rising flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 3 tbsp Melted butter
  • 6 Eggs (beaten)
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 2 1/2 cups Beef or chicken stock

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
  • Sift flour and salt together into a large bowl. Make a well in the center and pour in the milk and melted butter.
  • Gradually stir the mixture until smooth. Beat in eggs, a little at a time.
  • Pour batter into a 9x13 inch baking dish or giant muffin tins greased with oil.
  • Pour stock over batter. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Serve immediately.
