Giant Yorkshire Pudding Recipe

2 cups Self-rising flour 1/2 teaspoon Salt 2 cups Milk 3 tbsp Melted butter 6 Eggs (beaten) 1 tbsp Oil 2 1/2 cups Beef or chicken stock
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
Sift flour and salt together into a large bowl. Make a well in the center and pour in the milk and melted butter.
Gradually stir the mixture until smooth. Beat in eggs, a little at a time.
Pour batter into a 9x13 inch baking dish or giant muffin tins greased with oil.
Pour stock over batter. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes , or until golden brown.
Serve immediately.
