How to Make Top Ramen Noodles in the Microwave

When making ramen in the microwave, we recommend you use a large mug or microwave-safe bowl to ensure that the broth doesn't spill and make a mess inside your microwave. There is no one-recipe-fits-all to make delicious ramen. The ingredients we recommend are the basic ones. You are free to mix and add your favorite ingredients as you like (More on that below).

Ingredients
  

  • Instant Ramen Noodles
  • Shredded Carrots
  • Soft or Boiled Egg
  • Bean Sprouts
  • Soy Sauce
  • Sriracha

Instructions
 

  • Add the noodles, and the seasoning packet with two cups of water in your large mug or microwave-safe bowl, then microwave on high for 4 minutes. 
  • After four minutes, remove the dish from the microwave to add your spices including bean sprouts, shredded carrots, and to cook an additional 1-2 minutes, or until the vegetables are soft as you like. 
  • Lastly, combine the soy sauce and add your boiled egg and sriracha. 
  • Add any green onions or herbs you like! 

Notes

This recipe can be customized to each one's taste. You can add herbs to give a more intense flavor to the noodles or add other ingredients you want.
