- 1 - 1/2 lbs Ground beef
- 3/4 cup Chopped onion
- 2 cups Shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can Condensed cream of mushroom soup (10.5 oz)
- 1 can Diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
- 6 oz Package shredded hash brown potatoes
- Salt and pepper
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
In a large skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium-high heat until beef is browned. Drain any excess grease.
Mix cooked beef and onion, cheddar cheese, cream of mushroom soup, diced tomatoes, and hash brown potatoes in a large bowl.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Pour mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly.
