Ingredients
  

  • 1 can Cream of chicken soup (10.75 ounces)
  • 1 can Cream of mushroom soup (10.75 ounces)
  • 1 jar Salsa verde (16 ounces)
  • 4-6 Whole chicken breasts (skinned and boned)
  • 2 cups Shredded cheddar cheese
  • Tortilla chips, for serving

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  • In a large saucepan, heat the oil over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  • Stir in the chicken and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
  • Stir in the soup and corn and bring to a simmer.
  • Pour into a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • In a medium bowl, combine the sour cream, cheese, and chiles. Spread over the top of the casserole.
  • Bake for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
