- 1 can Cream of chicken soup (10.75 ounces)
- 1 can Cream of mushroom soup (10.75 ounces)
- 1 jar Salsa verde (16 ounces)
- 4-6 Whole chicken breasts (skinned and boned)
- 2 cups Shredded cheddar cheese
- Tortilla chips, for serving
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
In a large saucepan, heat the oil over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
Stir in the chicken and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
Stir in the soup and corn and bring to a simmer.
Pour into a 9x13 inch baking dish.
In a medium bowl, combine the sour cream, cheese, and chiles. Spread over the top of the casserole.
Bake for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
