Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 3 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoons Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoons Baking soda
  • 2 Egs (beaten)
  • 1 1/2 cups Milk
  • 5 tbsp Melted butter or margarine

Instructions
 

  • Heat waffle iron.
  • Mix all ingredients together until well blended.
  • Pour 1/2 cup batter into waffle iron.
  • Close the lid and bake until the waffle is golden brown, about 3 minutes.
  • Repeat with remaining batter.
  • Serve with syrup, butter, and/or fruit.
