- 1 stick Butter (melted)
- 1 cup Self-rising flour
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
- 4 cups Drained canned peaches
- 1/2 cup Brown sugar
- 1/2 cup Chopped pecans
- 1 tbsp Vanilla extract
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Mix the melted butter, flour, sugar, and cinnamon in a medium bowl. Mix well and set aside.
In a large bowl, combine the peaches, brown sugar, pecans, and vanilla extract.
Pour the peach mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Sprinkle the flour mixture over the top of the peaches.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the topping is golden brown.
Serve with ice cream or whipped cream, if desired.
