- 4 Large portobello mushrooms
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Line a baking sheet with foil and brush with olive oil.
- Place portobello mushrooms on the baking sheet and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until tender.
