- 1 Rack of St. Louis-style ribs
- 1 Bottle of barbecue sauce
- 1 cup Brown sugar
- 1 tbsp Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat your oven to 250 degrees Fahrenheit.
Mix the barbecue sauce, brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper in a small bowl.
Place the rack of ribs in a large baking dish and pour the sauce over the top, making sure to coat all of the ribs.
Cover the dish with foil and place it in the oven.
Cook for 4-5 hours until the ribs are cooked through and tender.
Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
