Trader Joe's Bruschetta Sauce
This is a simple, no-cook sauce that's perfect for summer. Let's start?

- 1 can Diced tomatoes, drained (20-ounce)
- 1/4 cup Chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup Chopped fresh basil
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients.
Mix well and serve at room temperature or chilled.
Can be made up to 1 week in advance and stored in the refrigerator.

Notes:
- If you can't find diced tomatoes, you can use 2 cups of chopped fresh tomatoes instead. Just be sure to drain them well.
- Try serving this over some grilled bread for an easy appetizer.
