Take a deep pot or wok, add vegetable in it, and put it over medium-high flame. Make sure it gets to 176ºC.
Take out the chicken from the brine, dry it with a paper towel.
Wisk the batter one more time so it gets in a perfect consistency just like we use for the pancake batter.
Put the Chicken pieces in the batter and coat them evenly.
Check the temperature of the oil, when it reaches the optimum temperature take out the chicken from the batter and put the chicken in oil.
Cook the chicken until it's golden brown.
You should cook it for 12-15 mins depending upon the piece you are frying and the temperature of the oil.
Dish out the chicken on a wire rack so that all the excess oil drips out.
And here you go your Homemade crispy fried chicken is ready.
