Ingredients
  

  • 1 Pork tenderloin (2 pounds)
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1/2 cup Chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup White wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup Brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dried thyme

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  • Combine paprika, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and olive oil in a small bowl. Rub the mixture all over the pork tenderloin.
  • Pour chicken broth and white wine vinegar into a large baking dish. Add the pork tenderloin, and turn to coat with the liquid.
  • Combine brown sugar, oregano, and thyme in a small bowl, and sprinkle over the pork.
  • Bake in the oven until the pork is slightly pink in the centre, about 40-50 minutes.
  • Remove pork from the oven, and allow to rest for 5 minutes before slicing into thick slices. Serve with the pan juices.
