Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Combine paprika, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and olive oil in a small bowl. Rub the mixture all over the pork tenderloin.
Pour chicken broth and white wine vinegar into a large baking dish. Add the pork tenderloin, and turn to coat with the liquid.
Combine brown sugar, oregano, and thyme in a small bowl, and sprinkle over the pork.
Bake in the oven until the pork is slightly pink in the centre, about 40-50 minutes.
Remove pork from the oven, and allow to rest for 5 minutes before slicing into thick slices. Serve with the pan juices.
