Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Almond flour
- 1/2 cup Almond milk
- 1/4 cup Herbalife protein drink mix
- 1/4 cup Herbalife Healthy Meal Formula
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tbsp Baking soda
- 1 tbsp Coconut oil
- 1 tbsp Vanilla extract essence
Toppings:
- Herbalife vanilla PDM
- Cake sprinkles
- Mini chocolate chips
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Mix all of the donut ingredients until smooth.
Grease a donut pan with cooking spray and fill each cavity 3/4 full with batter.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted into the center of a donut.
Allow cooling for 5 minutes before removing it from the pan.
Dip the tops of the donuts into the vanilla PDM, then into the sprinkles and chocolate chips.
