  • 1 Healthy Meal Nutritional Shake
  • 2 scoops Protein Drink Mix (PDM)
  • 2 tbsp Smooth peanut spread
  • 2 Eggs (large)
  • 1/3 cup Water
  • Cinnamon (to taste)
