Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Herbalife shake mix
  • 1 cup Aall-purpose flour
  • 3 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 cup Buttermilk
  • 1/4 cup Butter (melted)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the waffle iron according to the manufacturer's instructions.
  • Whisk together Herbalife shake mix, flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl.
  • In another bowl, whisk together eggs, buttermilk, and butter. Add to dry ingredients and stir just until combined.
  • Spray the waffle iron with cooking spray. Pour batter into the waffle iron, using about 1/2 cup for each waffle.
  • Cook according to the manufacturer's instructions until golden brown. Serve with desired toppings.
