Texas Roadhouse Sautéed Mushrooms

These mushrooms are the perfect side dish to any steak or entrée. They are savory and flavorful, with just the right amount of seasoning. The secret to their deliciousness is in the sautéed garlic and butter they are cooked in.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound Fresh mushrooms (sliced)
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 Cloves of garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • ¼ cup Dry white wine

Instructions
 

  • In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter.
  • Add the garlic, and mushrooms, and sauté for 3-5 minutes until the mushrooms are tender.
  • Add the salt and black pepper, and cook for 1 minute.
  • Add the white wine, and cook for 2-3 minutes until the liquid has evaporated.
  • Serve immediately.
