Instructions
In a large skillet over medium heat,
melt the butter

sauté for 3-5 minutes
until the mushrooms are tender.
Add the salt and black pepper, and cook for 1 minute.
Add the white wine, and
cook for 2-3 minutes until the liquid has evaporated
