Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Chicken breast (cut into bite-sized pieces)
  • cup All-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cup Buttermilk
  • 1/4 cup Hot sauce
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • Spicy Ranch Sauce, for serving

Instructions
 

  • Preheat a deep fryer or saucepan filled with oil to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Whisk together the flour, paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  • Whisk together the buttermilk and hot sauce in a separate bowl.
  • Dip the chicken pieces in the flour mixture, then coat them with the buttermilk mixture.
  • Fry the chicken in the hot oil until golden brown and cooked through, about 4 minutes.
  • Serve with the Spicy Ranch Sauce for dipping.
