Turkey Burgers at 400ºF

Ingredients
- 1 pound Ground turkey
- 1 Egg (beaten)
- 1/4 cup Bread crumbs
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1/4 cup Ketchup
- 1 tbsp Mustard
- 1/4 cup Onion (diced)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Mix the ground turkey, egg, bread crumbs, salt, pepper, ketchup, mustard, and onion in a large bowl.
- Shape into four burgers and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until the burgers are cooked.
