- 1 1/2 cups Cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 cup Sour cream
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 1 Jalapeño (seeded and chopped)
- 2 Cloves of garlic (minced)
- 1/4 teaspoon Cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon Chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
- Taste and adjust seasonings as necessary.
- Serve with chips, on tacos, or use as a salad dressing.
