Sizzling Chicken and Shrimp

It's been a long week, and you deserve a break. So treat yourself to a delicious meal with this easy recipe for sizzling chicken and shrimp. This dish is packed with flavor and sure to please even the pickiest of eaters. Plus, it can be on your table in less than 30 minutes!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Chicken breast (cut into small strips)
  • 1 lb Large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 1/2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup White wine 
  • 1/4 cup Lemon juice 
  • 1 tbsp Chopped parsley leaves

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  • Mix flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a large resealable plastic bag. Add chicken strips, a few at a time, and shake to coat.
  • In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat olive oil.
  • Add coated chicken strips and cook until browned and cooked, about 4 minutes per side. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
  • To the same skillet, add shrimp. Cook until shrimp are pink and slightly charred around the edges, about 3 minutes per side
  • Return the chicken to the skillet.
  • Add white wine, lemon juice, and parsley leaves.
  • Bring to a boil and cook for 1 minute.
  • Serve immediately with your favorite sides.
