Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Mix flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a large resealable plastic bag. Add chicken strips, a few at a time, and shake to coat.
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat olive oil.
Add coated chicken strips and cook until browned and cooked, about 4 minutes per side. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
To the same skillet, add shrimp. Cook until shrimp are pink and slightly charred around the edges, about 3 minutes per side.
Return the chicken to the skillet.
Add white wine, lemon juice, and parsley leaves.
Bring to a boil and cook for 1 minute.
Serve immediately with your favorite sides.
