Ted's Montana Grill Pickles Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound Kirby cucumbers
  • 1/2 cup White vinegar
  • cup Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard seed
  • 1/2 teaspoon Celery seed
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric
  • 1 Clove of garlic, peeled and halved
  • 1 cup Sater

Instructions
 

  • Wash the cucumbers and trim off the ends. Cut the cucumbers into 1/2-inch slices.
  • In a large bowl, combine the cucumbers, vinegar, sugar, salt, mustard seed, celery seed, turmeric, and garlic.
  • Pour the mixture into a quart-sized jar or container. Add the water, screw on the lid, and shake to combine.
  • Refrigerate for at least 24 hours before enjoying.
  • The pickles will keep in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
