1 pound Fresh crab legs 1 cup All-purpose flour 2 tbsp Old Bay seasoning 1 teaspoon Salt 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper 1 cup Milk 2 Eggs Vegetable oil for frying
Preheat a deep fryer to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Mix flour, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
In another bowl, whisk together the milk and eggs .
Dip each crab leg into the milk mixture, then coat it with the flour mixture.
Carefully place the crab legs into the hot oil, and fry for 4 to 5 minutes , or until golden brown.
Remove from the oil with a slotted spoon, and drain on paper towels.
