Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound Fresh crab legs
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 Eggs
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • Preheat a deep fryer to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  • Mix flour, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  • In another bowl, whisk together the milk and eggs.
  • Dip each crab leg into the milk mixture, then coat it with the flour mixture.
  • Carefully place the crab legs into the hot oil, and fry for 4 to 5 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Remove from the oil with a slotted spoon, and drain on paper towels.
  • Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
