Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Beef broth
  • 1/4 cup White vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1 pinch Cayenne pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 3 tbsp Beef dripping or vegetable stock
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp Dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Rosemary leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon Thyme leaves

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the beef broth, white vinegar, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, cumin powder, and cayenne pepper. Season with salt to taste.
  • In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the beef dripping or vegetable stock and whisk to combine.
  • Add the dried parsley, rosemary, and thyme leaves and cook for 1 minute.
  • Add the beef broth mixture and bring to a simmer. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until the sauce has thickened slightly.
  • Serve with steak or any other dish of your choice.
