Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup Syrup
  • 1 tbsp Pectin powder
  • 1 tbsp Cornstarch
  • 1/8 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup Diced red bell pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
  • 1 tbsp White vinegar
  • 2 drops Red food coloring
  • 1/4 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon Paprika
  • 2 tbsp Canned jalapeno peppers (diced)

Instructions
 

  • In a medium saucepan, combine the water, sugar, corn syrup, pectin powder, cornstarch, white vinegar, red food coloring, onion powder, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  • Stir well and bring to a boil over medium heat.
  • Add the red bell pepper and jalapeno peppers and continue cooking for 2 minutes.
  • Remove from the heat and allow to cool slightly.
  • Serve with your favorite dishes.
