1 cup Kodiak Cakes Power Cakes 1 scoop Protein powder 1 Egg 1/2 tsp Baking powder 1/4 tsp Vanilla extract 1/2 cup Milk of choice
Preheat a griddle or large skillet over medium heat and coat with cooking spray.
In a large bowl, whisk together all ingredients until well combined .
Scoop ΒΌ cup batter onto the griddle or skillet for each pancake.
Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
