Check for any wooden parts on the asparagus and peel them off with a vegetable peeler, or you can simply cut them off.
When storing green asparagus, sometimes it starts to become white on the bottom.
Cut those parts off before you cook them. Preheat your oven to 400°F with the oven fan turned on.
Get a baking sheet and put baking paper on it.
We are going to make a glaze. In a kitchen shredder, cut the fig with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper, and a tbsp of water. If you are using dried figs, pour hot water over them for 5 minutes, and then proceed with the shredder.
When the oven is preheated, Coat them with your glaze gracefully, and hint them with the mature parmesan.
Roast them in the preheated oven for 13 minutes, giving them a good shake midway.
It’s best to have them fresh and hot, also if you have some of the glaze left, you can serve it with the side dish next to the asparagus.
